Dr. Francis Lamy is a leading ophthalmologist serving general eye care needs of New England residents since 1994. He is a board-certified ophthalmologist and was among the first surgeons to perform LASIK in New Hampshire in early 1997. Dr. Francis Lamy has performed refractive surgery on physicians, nurses, and many other health care professionals, and has rapidly established a reputation as a caring physician, with the ability to manage a wide variety of eye problems. Dr Lamy is an alumnus of the University of Rhode Island with an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy. He completed medical school in 1990, graduating from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with honors. After completing a one-year rotating internship at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York, Dr. Lamy completed a 3-year residency in ophthalmology at Sinai Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, where he was chosen as a chief resident.
Dr. Francis Lamy is a member of the American-Academy of Ophthalmology as well as the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
